This is a re-issue of a 1976 album when the trio comprised of Bill, his wife Gloria and Bill's late brother Danny. The album is very heavily orchestrated and whilst it contains some good songs such as Bill's classic "Because He Lives", it suffers from several recitations from Gloria which combined with the very sweet orchestration makes the album sound at times horribly dated. On one of the tracks, "Something Happened To Daddy", we have a truly awful little girl's voice which makes for uncomfortable listening! This is not an album that sounds good 30 years later and will only appeal to the staunchest of Bill Gaither completists.
