The experimental duo is back with this, their third album. This will certainly wake you up to the underground dance scene. Antidote has gone for a techno/hard house sound, producing nine tracks, with a raw and heavy feel. The ambient vocals of Leigh Goyco feature often, adding interest and much needed relief for the listener. My own judgment is that this is geared more towards an American dance scene, than a European/British one. However, there are a few tracks which seem universally club friendly and that, I think, any house DJ would spin. It would be nice to hear a more eclectic sound from these guys, but, as it stands, this is an inventive album aimed at reaching those in the dance culture. One to hunt down for those fed up with commercial dance!
