Mellowness seeps out of the speakers and envelopes me in a warm glow that clings like memory foam as I listen to Anthony's fifth album. Held captive by his classy vocal stylings I was puzzled by where exactly to place him, Anthony's silky vocals sound like a gospel artist but the arrangements here could just as easily fit into a popular white artist's set. If you go to church you have probably heard the popular congregational songs "The Stand", "Amazing God" and "Mighty To Save" and far be it from me to damn by faint praise but all three have pleasant arrangements. However, it's the self-penned songs where things begin to take off and I counted eight of them. Maybe time spent writing with Jason Ingram has paid off for this pastor's boy from Dallas. Fellow worship leader and singer/songwriter Kari Jobe takes the harmonies on "Rejoice" a song she co-wrote with Anthony; the song is slow in tempo but uplifting in word. The title of the album may be a little cumbersome but that doesn't reflect on its contents.

this I wouldn't classify as R&B though, more pop, even though there are some tracks that deviate from pop
