The way I look at it, and I could be wrong, 2nd Chapter Of Acts have been steadily declining musi­cally during their 20 year history and certainly Annie, once one of the most thrilling voices in CCM today sounds often jaded and lethargic, at least on tape. So I'm pleased to report that the songs and arrangements (by Smitty Price) are much better here than on recent albums with several tunes taking on a slight Celtic tinge alongside the MOR ballads and worshipful pieces
