Live DVDs are all the rage these days. Everyone is doing them, although some are more successful than others. 'Time Again' captures Amy Grant and her band during two sold out performances at Boss Hall in Fort Worth, back in April 2006. It's a "give the punters what they want" affair with songs from Ms Grant's long and highly successful career, ranging from the spiritual "El Shaddai" to her mainstream hits like "Baby Baby". Her band play faultless soft pop with a slight twinge of country and everyone is happy. If you are an Amy Grant fan, then you will be over the moon with the exhaustive extras, which include a chat with the band, a featurette on the making of this DVD and footage of a breakfast with her fan club. The highlight though is the feature length commentary by Ms Grant herself, who as it turns out, is a surprisingly chatty and honest host. Everyone gets a name check and you can even find out where she bought the clothes she was wearing for the gig. You can also choose from a 5.1 Dolby mix or a standard stereo version, for those audiophiles out there.
