'House Of Love' opens with our personal favourite, "Lucky One", also the songs "Say You'll Be Mine" and "Politics Of Kissing" sound great to us. The majority of Amy's songs are now found in the secular side of music rather than Christian. 'House Of Love' brings a selection of restful but alive and up-to-date songs into the music world. Amy's sensitive voice is still as great as ever while the overall sound of this album is nearer to 'Lead Me On' than 'Heart In Motion'. If you're enjoying "Lucky One" on the radio, investigate 'House Of Love'. Amy, you may have gotten older but this album is definitely the best so far in your singing career - and my friend Stephanie and I both like it heaps.

I have this cd in my huge ccm collection; Children of the
World is first song I heard from this cd. House of Love, a
great duet with Vince Gill one of my fave #'s. I like Lucky
One, but was disappointed at the video shoot. Amy's remake
of Big Yellow Taxi faired ok; liked the video for this one.
This cd has some great songs, but on the other hand appears
to lack that Amy quality on every song (example is Straight
Ahead lp from 1984, every song is rich Amy quality ). I was
expecting a lot more from it, since it took 3 years for its
release from 1991 Heart in Motion. GOD Bless-- Don
