Pride of place for last year's Christmas releases, at least as far as sales go, has to go to Amy Grant whose Home For Christmas is to our jaundiced ears strictly a creative stocking filler. On the plus side it contained a superlative version of Chris Eaton's "Breath Of Heaven". On the minus side it had versions of "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" (yawn) and "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree" which was a naff song when Brenda Lee recorded it and remains so despite the production sheen.
