Has any ccm artist outdone Amy on recorded Christmas
projects? I know of at least 9 Christmas albums/cds by this
top ccm artist. This does not include those that she was a
guest artist on. This collection begins with a song from
her 1992 top seller Home For Christmas; the song
is the cd title, which was the flipside to the 45 Grown up
Christmas List edit version. Great photo for the cover of
cd. Amy did not forget to include those songs that hilighted
her Christmas projects. Songs like Tennessee Christmas,
Grown up Christmas List,
Breath of Heaven (Mary's Song), and the unforgettable,
timeless Til The Season Comes Round Again that features
guest vocals by Vince Gill. This is such a beautiful
Christmas classic. with some added nostalgic sound. Amy's
cover of Michael W. Smith's anthem Emmanuel closes the 10
songset; recorded over 30 years ago!
I have loved Christmas Can't Be Very Far Away from first
listen taken from 1999 Christmas to Remember.
Nothing new is offered on this collection of songs.
Amy keeps rolling on, God bless, Don
