Genius black gospel from the veteran Albertina. The production only Nashville can deliver with prominent Hammond B3 and swirling, whirling, creamy Leslie Speaker at the hands of Ralph Lofton. Much piano by Derrick Lee and the full, and I mean full, works from brass and Vision Choral Ministries choir. It's powerful, anointed stuff, too. "I've Got Jesus" is such a personal testimony from Albertina and one most Christian will identify with; I cried all the way through it. This, then, is not an album for wimps. If you know about Jesus' cleansing fire - or you want to know about it -this one's for you. Hence, the title and title track, 'I'm Still Here' is a truthful and relevant cry from the heart, stating quite unequivocally that Jesus' love can and will take us through this rocky life if we but trust him. Sanchez Harley is a great engineer/producer and has so pithily understood what's happening with so much sound going on, he deserves special credit. The production is beautifully clean and well separated with no daz or artificial tinkering.
