Controversial rap star Snoop Dogg teams up with gospel artist B-Slade
MAINSTREAM rapper Snoop Dogg has swapped songs about drugs and pornography for a new track about God (and drugs). The rap superstar, who has sold more than 35 million albums across the world, has teamed up with gospel artist B-Slade for the song "Words Are Few". Lyrics on the project include such lines as "Things ain't what they seem, feeling like I'm fooling me," "I know God is calling me, I'm not where I'm supposed to be" and "Sitting here smoking trees, when I should be on my knees." The track is the first from a new "gospel project" Snoop Dogg is reportedly working on.
