Debut album for R&B gospel man Orlando Rodriguez
A SINGER/SONGWRITER who was lead singer of R&B band P.U.M.P. and shared the stage with such acts as Backstreet Boys and Destiny's Child before turning his music over to the Lord, Orlando Rodriguez, has released his debut solo CD. 'Turn The world Off' was produced by Chuck Alkazian (Percy Bady, Christina Aguilera) at Pearl Sound in Canton, Michigan and is released by Ten Three Records. Said Rodriguez, "I spent four years of my life pouring into this album. We are all so busy, we all have so much going on, we are all so distracted that sometimes it's hard to hear what God is saying to us. And that's the real question, isn't it? Am I hearing from God, or am I simply going about my life and asking God to bless what I'm doing? Sometimes you have to turn the world off and eliminate those external distractions to really hear God!"
