STELLAR AWARD-winning gospel singer Todd Dulaney is set to play his first ever UK concert in London this month. The Illinois-based singer, known for such worship gospel hits as "Victory Belongs To Jesus", "The Anthem (You Have Won The Victory)" and "Your Great Name", will play at Dominion Centre in Wood Green on 29th September. CR
