Zacardi Cortez gets high praise from gospel record exec

28 YEAR OLD gospel singer Zacardi Cortez, who enjoyed a number one gospel hit with "I Believe" when singing lead with James Fortune And FIYA, has a solo album 'Reloaded' released Stateside.
