28 YEAR OLD gospel singer Zacardi Cortez, who enjoyed a number one gospel hit with "I Believe" when singing lead with James Fortune And FIYA, has a solo album 'Reloaded' released Stateside. Said CEO of Worldwide Music Kerry Douglas, "Zacardi is the best singer in America today. I've been grooming him like I groomed James Fortune and Earnest Pugh.
