T D Jakes criticised in New York Times
A MAJOR article on hugely popular American preacher and recording artist T D Jakes has been published in the influential Christianity Today magazine. A detailed analysis in their February 7th issue of the South Dallas Bishop who New York Times included in its list of the five preachers likely to succeed Billy Graham, contained criticisms of his supposed prosperity gospel theology and lavish life style. Theologian Eugene Rivers is quoted as saying, "Jakes takes pop psychology and wraps it up in Barry White, love soft daddy talk. It's an irresistible marketing device."

I think Bishop does agreat job in preaching the gospel n no matter what critics think, Jakes got a gift in not only touching souls but aid in regaining their whiteness. He rocks!
