Psychedelic songsmith Blake releases Christmas project

THE WILTSHIRE-based psychedelic singer/songwriter Blake has released a Christmas rock opera album. The independent project 'Star Over Bethlehem' was recorded at home between April and December and was produced by multi-instrumentalist Joe Brown. All the profits from sales of 'Star Over Bethlehem' are going to two charities working in the Holy Land: Musalaha Ministry of Reconciliation, a Jersualem based non-profit Christian organisation that seeks to promote reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians through bridge building desert camps (www.musalaha.org); and the SIRA school in Bethlehem - a school for children with special educational needs, one of only two in the West Bank.
