A LEGENDARY figure of the '60s soul scene who is today renowned on Britain's Northern Soul scene has released his first gospel project. Sidney Barnes, who from 1967 to 1970 recorded five albums with the rock soul group Rotary Connection (whose line up also included the late Minnie Ripperton), has released the four-song 'I Have My Faith' on Walk Across Fire. CR
