Reggae gospel veterans Christafari record new worship album
AMERICA's top reggae gospel act Christafari make a return to worship music, a form they first recorded with their debut album in 1993. 'Reggae Worship: A Roots Revival' will be released on the group's Lion Of Zion Entertainment label. The album features an arsenal of guest appearances from the top names in the genre, including Dominic Balli, Avion Blackman, Jennifer Howland, Sherwin Gardner, Monty G, Tiago Costa, Solomon Jabby, Vanessa Mardueno, Dillavou and 'Imisi's David Fohe. Said Christafari founder and frontman Mark Mohr, "It's our rootsiest and most worshipful album to date. Just imagine your favorite worship songs by artists like Hillsong United, Chris Tomlin, Michael W Smith and Brenton Brown done in a reggae style, plus a handful of new Christafari originals."
