Disciple speak about Brad Noah's new interest in recording
SOUTHERN rock band Disciple spoke recently to HM magazine about the decision of founder member Brad Noah to stop touring with the band. Kevin Young said, "While away from the road Brad has become more familiar with recording. And it opened up new doors for Disciple because all of us have always been artists that have never really been interested in recording. We've just always been interested in writing music and letting other people record us, instead of recording ourselves. Us recording ourselves for the last 15 years has been taking a cassette tape and hitting record. But Brad's taken an interest in recording since he's not touring with the band anymore, so we really had a chance to work hard and fine-tune the songs. It was probably the first time ever where we went into the studio prepared." The band's 'Southern Hospitality' CD is out now.
