Record Producer, Bryan Cahr feels the healing hands of Christ
HARD MUSIC producer and engineer Bryan Cahr (Carlstrom) who has in the past worked with such acts as Alice In Chains, White Zombie and Anthrax, has received a dramatic healing from Christ. According to a report in HM magazine, Cahr was suffering from a severe three year bout of the enigmatic pain disorder fibromyalgia. Cahr had been unable to continue his busy production schedule for a 14 month period, despite concerted medical attention and effort.
Kathy Obal of Publicity Watch reported that "Bryan found there was no other place to turn but to God for his healing. So, he put his faith to work and it happened! On November 3rd at Harvest Rock Church in Pasadena, California, international speaker and executive pastor Che Ann was leading a healing conference. Pastor Che laid hands on Bryan and asked if he believed God was going to heal him right now. Bryan believed and experienced an immediate and complete healing. Bryan says he feels better now than before he got sick! Changed and rejoicing, his plans are to celebrate his healing, take a vacation with his wife and get back to producing records ASAP."
Cahr commented, "I am primarily focusing on producing Christian artists now. As you might know I've made records with Alice In Chains, The Offspring, White Zombie, Anthrax, Billy Idol, Social Distortion, P.I.L, Stabbing Westward and many others. At that time I felt the Lord saying, 'This is where I have you.' He was allowing me to be taught by some of the very best record producers in the secular music industry. It has kind of been like Moses being educated in the Pharaoh's house and receiving the best training Egypt had to offer. This ultimately prepared Moses to be used later by God to deliver his people out of slavery. Now is such a season in my life and I feel my talents are to be used for God's purposes in Christian music. Part of this, I believe, is to make Christian records that sound as good and even better in quality than mainstream recordings. But in this music will be carried the seed of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit."
