Simon Bernard-Smith in the studio recording new album.

INSTRUMENTALIST Simon Bernard-Smith, who had the unexpected hit of 1992 with 'Praise Him On The Panpipes', is in the studio again. Simon is recording Volume 2 which is due for release by Word in March.
