Singer/songwriter Paul Field releases new album through ICC.
VETERAN British singer/songwriter Paul Field will be releasing a new acoustic orientated album through ICC in March. The award winning singer's album 'Without The Song And Dance' features 14 all new songs. Field told Cross Rhythms about one of the songs, "God Of The Moon And Stars", "This song came out of a feeling of overwhelming anger and resentment and I guess even hatred toward someone who was doing a great injustice to my family and myself. The anger was triggered by a call I received late one night whilst I was away working in the studio. I went down to the studio and sat at the piano for some "therapeutic" playing. As I played I was filled with the simple but powerful thought that God loved and cared about this person every bit as much as he cared about me. How easy it would be if God only loved the people that I liked, the people I thought he should love! I started to make a list of all the "unlovable" people I could think of and realised that none of them, however much I disliked what they might believe or what they might do, were excluded from the all embracing grace of God. He is God of all or God of nothing at all."
