Seven-song mini-album for newcomer Lauren Pratt

SINGER, guitarist and piano player Lauren Pratt, who names Alison Krauss and Jennifer Knapp as musical influences, is set to release her seven-song debut mini-album. 'Days Like Tonight' was produced by Nick Bullock. The project wrestles with questions of doubt and faith through tough times. Said Lauren, "I'm glad I've had time to live with the songs I wrote going into and leaving my early 20s. They are almost all exclusively about difficulties in life - not exactly a polka-dancing subject, but you have to have darkness to fully appreciate light."
