Country music giant Ricky Skaggs remembered on UK reissue.

THE FIRST two major label albums by country music's "new traditionalist" Ricky Skaggs have been reissued in the UK on a twofer. 'Waiting For The Sun To Shine/Highways & Heartaches' is issued on Gott Discs. The albums stem from 1981 and 1982 and feature nine hit country singles.  CR
