Blues singing reverend Jimmie Bratcher completes album of hymns and gospel songs
THE KANSAS CITY-based Reverend Jimmie Bratcher has completed an album 'New Old Stuff'. Said Bratcher, "At age 22 I came to faith in Jesus. One of the first things that happened was the church told me I had to quit playing that devil music. Well, they were wrong. The devil doesn't have any music. There are only two types of music, good music and bad music! So, for the next 20 years I am proud to say that I played music like I recorded on this album. 'New Old Stuff' is a collection of some of my favourite hymns, gospel songs and some of my old songs as well. These songs inspire me to worship my Father God, give thanks to Jesus and I hope they will inspire you to do the same." 'New Old Stuff' will be released on 27th November.
