Jocelyn Brown and Mica Paris feature on album by New Inspirational Choir.
A NEW GOSPEL album featuring some of the heavyweights of the British R&B scene has just been released by Warner Bros. Guests on the 'Inspirations' project by the New Inspirational Choir include well known R&B singers Mica Paris and Jocelyn Brown alongside Bishop John Francis, Keisha White and Sharlene Hector (the voice and face of the recent Coca Cola TV commercial).
Top UK vocal coaches Carrie and David Grant, well known for their commercial success during the '80s and more recently for their role on BBC's Fame Academy and ITV's Pop Idol, have been the creative driving force behind the album. As well as inviting the artists to perform, both David and Carrie have handpicked the songs which have resulted in 'Inspirations' being arguably one of the most comprehensive and carefully crafted gospel albums to date. Said Carrie, "We are delighted to have made this album. Time and time again we were moved by the power of the human voice and we hope that listeners will have the same experience as they play the album."
