Artist leaves group to form new company
JOSEPH TAYLOR, one of the founders of alternative US Christian label
Brainstorm Artists International, has left the company to form new
company Innocent Media. The first three artists signed to Innocent are
Mike Roe (who fronts indie rock pioneers the Seventy Sevens), rapper
Peace 587 (of the influential duo Freedom Of Soul) and indie/grunge
team Spooky Tuesday who sport a 15-year-old guitarist.
Innocent
Media have also acquired the catalogues of Undercover (of whom Joseph
is a member) and the Seventy Sevens (including their newest release
'Tom Tom Blues'). Brainstorm will be carried on by Taylor's former
partner, producer Gene Eugene.
