18th January 2019 sees the comeback album release of Switchfoot
HAVING returned to the scene, Grammy-winning rock team Switchfoot have announced they will be releasing their 11th full-length album on 18th January 2019, on Fantasy Records. 'Native Tongue' is a 14-song project recorded primarily at Melody League Studios in the band's hometown of San Diego, California. Read a press release, "'Native Tongue' includes a wide array of music from the hard-hitting anthemic title-track to more reflective songs such as 'Prodigal Soul', 'Joy Invincible' and 'Voices' (co-written and produced with their friends in OneRepublic). The band interlace empathy and introspection, urging us to 'use our lungs for love and not the shadows'. 'Native Tongue' also features a moving collaboration with Kaela Sinclair on 'The Hardest Art'."
