Teeside's Sharon Sewell releases solo debut EP

SINGER and songwriter Sharon Sewell has released her first solo project, the EP 'Metamorphosis'. She was formerly a member of the band DiscipleMakers whose 'Harvest Fields' was released last year receiving a comment from the Cross Rhythms reviewer that they "have a vocalist in Sharon Sewell who sounds unusual and yet enchanting." Speaking about her stepping out a solo Sharon said, "As a Christian singer, I want to spread the Gospel message through song. I believe trusting in and following Jesus is the only way. I also want to encourage Christians to be the people, and the church, that Jesus calls them to be. I know God's great love for us and I will praise him with every breath."
