Metal Meltdown new weekend teach-in planned for November
THE FRONTMAN of Christian thrash band Vengeance (who've recently changed their name to Vengeance Rising to avoid confusion with secular Vengeance), Roger Martinez, Is set to speak at Europe's first white metal teach-in. To be held in Whitbourne, Worcester in November, the weekend event Metal Meltdown will be an open forum dealing with issues like relating white metal to your church and living a holy life. Martinez, in addition to singing lead with Vengeance Rising is a pastor at California's 'White Metal Church', the Sanctuary. Vengeance Rising's much delayed second album 'Once Dead' will be released in May by Word (UK).
Other speakers at Metal Meltdown are Dave Williams and Tony Cummings while appearing in an evening concert are British thrash metal team Seventh Angel.
