Message 2000 hopes to see 40,000 attend at the MEN Arena
FOR 10 NIGHTS this summer, Europe's largest indoor arena the Manchester Evening News could see up to 40,000 people at two meetings hearing the gospel from the likes of J John, Andy Hawthorne, Dawn Reynolds and Steve Chalke. With worship led by Matt Redman and bands including the World Wide Message Tribe. Soul Survivor in association with The Message To Schools Trust, Oasis and Youth For Christ are behind Message 2000. Thousands of Christians will be descending on the city all with the same vision - to see young people coming to know Jesus. 20,000 Christian young people, from across the UK and around the world, are expected to descend on Manchester for one of the largest evangelistic events of the year. With over two years preparation, churches across Manchester have been getting ready to follow up and disciple the new Christians, as well as running their own evangelistic events.
