LZ7 single to spearhead Shine Your Light campaign

THE RELEASE of the single "This Little Light Of Mine" by urban music evangelists LZ7, originally planned to take place in April, has now been put back to September. A new video filmed especially for the single release will be made available then. The original video for "This Little Light Of Mine" has proved popular on YouTube notching up over 110,000 views. The single will be part of the Shine Your Light campaign to be launched this summer which aims "to unleash the full potential of the nation's young people by encouraging them to pledge - and then carry out - a set of simple tasks and then film themselves in action." The young people will then upload their videos onto a main site. Said Andy Hawthorne of The Message Trust, "The whole Shine Your Light initiative and 'This Little Light' release feels like the culmination of a 10 year journey for us as we attempt to make goodness fashionable and God famous in 2010."
