Art rock band Over The Rhine sign with IRS

CINCINNATI-based art rock team Over The Rhine who return to Greenbelt this year have been signed to major mainstream label IRS, the company that launched The Police, Alarm and REM. The band previously recorded two albums for indie Scampering Songs.
