Sweden's Connect Church release worship EP

A FELLOWSHIP based in Goteborg, Sweden, Connect Church have issued a worship EP. The worship leader on 'You Lead Us Home' is Tommy Sjostrom. A single from the project, "The Depths Within", reached number one on the iTunes chart in Sweden. Another song on the EP, "In Every Moment", Sjostrom co-wrote with Reuben Morgan and Eric Liljero from Hillsong Church.
