Singer/songwriter Jennifer Knapp tells interviewer she is gay
AMERICAN singer/songwriter Jennifer Knapp, who recently returned to the music scene after a seven-year hiatus with the 'Letting Go' album, has revealed in an interview with Christianity Today magazine that she is a lesbian. Responding to the interviewer's comment that the singer had left music because she was gay, Knapp replied, "That was a straw [in my decision], but there were many straws on the camel's back at the time. I'm certainly in a same-sex relationship now, but when I suspended my work, that wasn't even really a factor. I had some difficult decisions to make and what that meant for my life and deciding to invest in a same-sex relationship, but it would be completely unfair to say that's why I left music." In the same interview the singer revealed that she is not currently attending a church.

Hey guys, i don't mean to be rude or anything but being Gay is NOT wrong, i'm Gay and I know 100% that God still loves me 100% and that will never change. So when people say God hates Gay people that's wrong because He loves everyone Gay or Straight. There's nothing wrong with being Gay. Well done to both Ray and Jennifer, keep making awesome Christian music guys! God Bless you all! :)
