Peter Karrie joins the cast of Mal Pope's musical Amazing Grace.

THE MUSICAL written by singer/songwriter Mal Pope, Amazing Grace, based on events surrounding the 1904 Welsh Revival, have signed Peter Karrie to star in the production. Karrie is known throughout the theatric world and has starred in numerous musicals both in Britain and in the USA. Said Pope, "I have been pleased to call Peter a friend for many years and was delighted when he came to the Swansea Grand last year to sing a couple of the songs from the show in a little cameo we put together for the concert. I have since written the musical with Peter very much in mind and having him there will really help to bring the characters to life."

The show has now confirmed the following dates: Swansea Grand Theatre, 25th March - 2nd April Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, 5th - 9th April Theatre Clwyd, Mold, 12th - 16th April. CR
