America's Integrity Music changes UK disttributors

America's largest praise and worship company Integrity Music has moved its UK Christian bookshop distribution from Word to Kingsway. From October, Kingsway Music began carrying Integrity's seven labels: Integrity Music, Hosanna! Music, Vertical Music, Renewal Music, Just-For-Kids, Fairhope Records and Alleluia Music to the UK Christian trade. As with other Kingsway stock, warehousing and delivery will be fulfilled by STL Carlisle, Cumbria.

Shirley Ferrier, Integrity Music Europe's General Manager, commented, "We are very excited about this strategic new partnership and believe it will play a significant role in raising the whole profile of praise and worship music."

Amongst the first titles to be released is the Hosanna! Music album 'Revival In Belfast' with worship leader Robin Mark, in a passionate time of worship recorded live at Robin's home church, Christian Fellowship Church, Belfast. The album blends traditional Celtic instruments such as the uilleann pipes and penny whistle, with the setting of contemporary worship.

A native and life-long resident of Belfast Robin Mark believes his song-writing has been deeply affected by his environment He points to the song "All For Jesus" as a representation of this influence. "Sometimes people say that I, and other worship leaders, tend not to sing overtly about the times and circumstances that we live in," said Mark. "This simple song is probably more about Northern Ireland than any other text could be...the song pleads for Christ to flow through the land and bring everyone to a place of praise and submission."
