Hopes And Dreams most successful Christian musical in Britain

THE MOST successful Christian musical in Britain has recently concluded 28 performances, to over 45,000 people. Hopes And Dreams is the brainchild of Rob Frost. He told Cross Rhythms, "We had people moved to tears every night, with well over 1000 inquiries about following Jesus." Veteran CCM musician Paul Field has written, arranged and produced the music for the show. The soundtrack is available on CD and cassette and features Sir Cliff Richard (who did no touring with the musical) and three songs by Graham Kendrick. Said Field about the runaway success of the musical, "The demand has been fantastic, we're just gobsmacked." The demand for Hopes And Dreams will continue in 1999.
