After serious illness Helen Baylor goes back to work and signs with MCA.

GOSPEL diva Helen Baylor has returned after a considerable period away from the scene. Helen faced severe pancreas and gall bladder problems in 2003 but after being given a clean bill of health the singer has resumed touring and has recently signed with MCA Records. Helen's new record deal reunites her with veteran songwriter and producer Jerry Peters (Mighty Clouds Of Joy). It was Peters who signed Baylor to Word Records back in 1990. Helen's first MCA album is expected in mid-2005. CR
