Rap star MC Hammer whose concert was cancelled due to poor sales, has guest starred with Shirley Caeser at a concert

RAPPER MC Hammer, whose London gospel concert was cancelled in the Spring after poor advance sales, was one of the guests at a big Shirley Caesar concert, in Raleigh in July which will be featured in a TV special and a live album. "The self proclaimed "queen of gospel" was celebrating 40 years in gospel music and among the other guests joining her were Vicki Winans, Yolanda Adams, Edwin Hawkins, Donnie McClurkin, Peabo Bryson and Take 6. The album will be on Shirley's newly founded Shubel Music.
