Female country and bluegrass group Highroad release new album
THE ALL female country and bluegrass group of vocalists and instrumentalists, Highroad, have released a new album. The project 'Somewhere I'm Going' was produced by Grammy-nominated Ben Isaacs (The Oak Ridge Boys, The Isaacs) and includes songs from such award-winning writers as Jerry Salley, Kenna Turner West and Lee Black. Speaking about the title track, band founder Sarah Davison said, "'Somewhere I'm Going' is about going home to see friends and family. But a lot of our friends and family are not there anymore because they've gone to be with the Lord. I think every person can relate to that, looking back on their childhood or those memories with aunts, uncles and friends who are no longer here with us. We can be assured we are going to see them again someday."
