MILLION SELLING US gospel team God's Property are currently caught up in litigation in US courts and there is alleged controversy surrounding Kirk Franklin and his relationship with the group. The lawsuit centres on the group allegedly receiving no royalties from the more than two million records sold of the album 'From Kirk Franklin's Nu Nation'. More than 20 defendants were named in the suit including Franklin and B-Rite and Gospocentric co-founders Claude and Vicki Mack Lataillade and 12 complaints were named in the suit, including breach of contract, civil conspiracy and fraud.
