Canada's The Royal Royal release "Ding Dong Merrily On High"
THE POP rock duo from Ontario, Canada, The Royal Royal, who made the Cross Rhythms playlist with their "God Who Saves" and "Neon Sign" tracks, have released a Christmas song, described as "a rock and roll twist on a classic hymn". Speaking about "Ding Dong Merrily On High" the group's Nathan Finochio said, "It has fun, energy and excitement; but most of all it's the highest song of praise that we can offer to God in this season, singing 'Gloria in excelsis deo' - glory to God in the highest."
