Liz McComb releases 'Soul, Peace & Love Vol 1' CD

THE SINGER Liz McComb, about whom The Gospel Music Encyclopedia commented, "What Mahalia is to gospel music in America, Liz McComb is to France," has released a new album. 'Soul, Peace & Love Vol 1' has been released in the US on Sunnyside Records. Christian Retailing commented, "The disc finds McComb mixing urban gospel with jazz, Caribbean flavour, funk and hip-hop to deliver strong messages about peace, social troubles, inspiration and relationships." CR

One of the best Gospel CD I've heard in quite a while. I am working on my second copy, this is the music grew up on thanks for a breath of fresh air
