Ex-Sanctus Real frontman Matt Hammitt releases single "Footprints (Acoustic)"

OHIO-native and former frontman for Sanctus Real, Matt Hammitt, has released the single "Footprints (Acoustic)", co-written by Seth Mosley and issued by Full Circle Records. Said Hammitt, "I can't recall how many times I saw that poem Footprints In The Sand hanging on people's walls when I was a child. I hadn't experienced enough life to understand its meaning back then. A few years back, I was rummaging through some old belongings in my basement and came across a copy of that poem. Tears began to roll down my face as I read it from a different place in my life. I understood the real meaning of seeing that one set of footprints behind me, that sometimes our Saviour must carry us when we have no strength left of our own. When people hear this song, I hope it helps them see something of meaning that once seemed cliché, with fresh eyes."
