America's Ginny Owens to assist humanitarian efforts with new charity.

AWARD WINNING US singer/songwriter Ginny Owens has formed Fingerprint Initiative, an organisation designed to assist humanitarian efforts. The programme's kick off event is a benefit concert in New Orleans on 21st May. Proceeds will go towards funding a home built by the local Habitat For Humanity chapter. Said Owens, "Launching the Fingerprint Initiative has been one of my most favourite endeavours to date. I consider it a gift to step outside the music realm into an everyday world where I'm called to love and serve others." CR
