Joy Electric ready 'My Grandfather, The Cubist' CD

RETRO DANCE and pop practitioners Joy Electric release a new album, 'My Grandfather, The Cubist' in the US on 27th May. Wrote singer/programmer Ronnie Martin about the project, "It's unabashedly melodic and probably more so than any record I've done, which sounds funny to say. What I mean is that most of the musical parts are comprised of melody lines rather than sound effects or dischordant electronic textures, which is an idea I've never consciously pursued to this extent because I really like texturing."
