Australia's Hillsong United top first UK Christian & Gospel chart

THE FIRST ever official Christian & Gospel Albums Chart for 16th March shows Australian modern worship aggregation Hillsong United at number one with their 'Zion' album. The top 20, dominated by modern worship albums, also contained three albums by California's Bethel Music ('Without Words' number two, 'For The Sake Of The World' number six and 'Be Lifted High' number 19), two by Matt Redman ('10,000 Reasons' number three and 'Sing Like Never Before: The Essential' number nine), two by Chris Tomlin ('Burning Lights' number five and 'How Great Is Our God: The Essential' number 17) and two by Northern Ireland's Rend Collective Experiment ('Campfire' number seven and 'Homemade Worship By Handmade People' number 11). The only albums not featuring modern worship or hymnody were 'A Messenger' by Colton Dixon (number 12) and 'Release The Panic' by Red (number 18). CR
