World Wide Message Tribe, Steve, Split Level for 1998 Cross Rhythms Fest

CROSS RHYTHMS "98 titled Reformation Of A Generation focuses in on bridging the gap between the different generations. The theme is reflected in the bill. The older focus includes America's Word For Today author Bob Gass; the City Of Gold musical (subject to contract); Australian Bible teacher Tony Fitzgerald; Messianic praise man Paul Heyman; American singer/dramatist Jillian; South African speaker Louis Els; Honolulu's Tom Brock and Viola; country and praise man Dave Clemo; and an extensive visual arts exhibition.

Attractions at the event due to be held at Okehampton, Devon on 10th to 12th July include top dance team the World Wide Message Tribe; Brit pop band Steve (formerly known as Bleach); alternative rock band Split Level; Bristol dance pioneers dba; R&B unit The Wades; Australian musicianary David Evans; popular touring band World Without End; sanctified dance deejay Cameron Dante; dance avant guardists the Secret Archives Of The Vatican; retro rock band Unwritten; and cutting edge dance unit Psalmistry.

Other elements to what seems likely to be the biggest Cross Rhythms Festival so far are the Veggie Tales Children's Party; indie pop's Audacity; DJ Russell Smith; the Purple Veil drama; and prophet musician Stephen Bennett. There is also a new venue for seminars on social issues; a special multi-media welcome party; and live broadcasts from UCB Cross Rhythms, which will be commencing its 24 hours a day broadcasts around the time of the festival.
