The Cross Movement generate huge first-week sales
PHILADELPHIA-based rappers The Cross Movement have clocked up the biggest first week sales ever for a Christian hip-hop album. The group's 'Holy Culture' album on BEC sold 7,390 units in the first week of release, surpassing the first week sales of Gospel Gangstaz' 'I Can See Clearly Now' (4,766), T-Bone's The Last Street Preacha' (4,364) and Grits' The Art Of Translation' (4,153).
