Zedisforzebra, Gen and Fire Fly to play at Stourbridge for Cross Rhythms
IN RESPONSE to the ongoing financial difficulties of the Cross Rhythms ministry, a number of British Christian artists will be playing a charity mini-fest in Stourbridge, Skankfest 2003: Sweet 'n' Stourbridge, with all proceeds going to Cross Rhythms. The event, set to take place at the Rock Cafe on Sunday 25th May, is being organised by Adam Zebra, guitarist with Christian punk band Zedisforzebra. Lined up to play at the event are Zedisforzebra, Gen, Fire Fly, Flik, Sibling, The Unwritten, Cain's Mark, Gopherwood, V12 and Zyllah. Said Adam, "I am putting 100 per cent into making this event happen and work! The bands selected to play will be either local to the venue or have a large fan base there to maximise turnout. Tickets are now £5.00 each and we are expecting loads of people to come. I'm very happy to be able to help Cross Rhythms in this small way. It is an AWESOME organisation and one of God's main faces and voices in the Christian music industry."
